[u][b]What do you believe is the purpose of Moderators in servers: [/b][/u] A Moderators purpose on the server is to make sure the community follows the rules and enjoys their stay on the server to the best of their abilities in order to foster a great community that will live on for ages. [color=#2ecc71][b]---SCENARIOS--- [/b][/color] [b][u]If someone was hacking what would you do and why?: [/u][/b] If i caught a player hacking and i had sufficient proof or enough tickets from various people to back up the claim, i would teleport the individual to a staff sit and ask why hes hacking and if he continues to refuse to stop and to follow RP, either contact superiors for advice or to ban him or if i am of equivalent rank, ban him/warn (Depending on Severity and Past Warns) him myself [u][b]If a guy was talking mad smack what would you do?: [/b][/u] If a player was "mad smack" and other players found it rude or annoying, i would pull the individual aside in order to verbally warn them about how they are speaking and if they continue i would warn them through the warn system and follow normal procedure when it comes to warning disrespectful players. [u][b]If you see someone breaking rules, what do you do?: [/b][/u] If i personally see a player breaking the rules i would simply tell them to stop and if they refuse and them breaking rules is witnessed by myself or multiple other people i would simply follow normal procedure and warn them depending on severity and them eventually kick them if they exceed a warn limit in order to keep people enjoying their time. [u][b]If you don't know what to do who can you ask?: [/b][/u] If i do not know what to do in a staff situation i would simply ask more experienced or more higher ranking staff in order to get advice in order to complete the scenario. [u][b]How would you handle a RDM sit?: [/b][/u] If i am present with a ticket about RDM i would simply drag both involved into a staff sit and ask about the scenario and if the ticket is proven valid and the evidence is valid i would verbally warn the person depending on severity or i would warn the person. [u][b]How would you handle a RDA sit?: [/b][/u] If i recieved a tick about an RDA Situation, i would teleport to the individual which would most likely be in brig and ask them for their side of the story, then i would ask The MP Personnel for their side and make a judgement based on information provided to me, if i cannot reach a conclusion i would ask other staff for their opinion in order to complete the staff situation. [u][b]If someone leaves while in a sit what do you do?: [/b][/u] If someone left during a staff sit i would simply grab their Steam ID and try clear up if it was a crash or if they purposefully left. if they purposefully left in order to avoid a staff sit i would Warn them for LTAP and the scenario that started the staff sit, if rules dictate for me to ban them or report them to superiors i would do so, however if they crashed i would simply wait for them to return and continue the sit. [u][b]You see a higher ranking staff member abuse their powers what do you do?:[/b][/u]  If i witness a higher ranking staff member abusing their powers i would take screenshots/evidence and report them to the staff manager and if it was a manager abuse their powers i would do the same but report it to the server owner. [u][b]Someone threatens to DDOS the server what do you do?:[/b][/u] If someone threatens to DDOS the server i would inform the Staff Manager/owner about it and then can react accordingly so, if it is just someone threatening it in a staff sit i would simply do the same and possibly warn them for NITRP.
